NIH Director Monica Bertagnolli assisted NCI's Stephanie Goff in a tumor resection operation in OR 11 on Dec. 6, 2023. Goff's patient is enrolled in a clinical research trial (protocol number 000354-C).

"These are the things that are absolutely thrilling for me and remind me why I am here," Bertagnolli said.
