NIH Natcher Conference Center (Building 45); and online via NIH Videocast
The annual NIH Behavioral and Social Sciences Research (BSSR) Festival is organized by NIH's Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research (OBSSR) and the NIH Behavioral and Social Sciences Research Coordinating Committee (BSSR-CC). The festival highlights a diverse range of outstanding research from across the NIH Institutes and Centers, offering a comprehensive view of the latest NIH-funded BSSR projects and their impact in biomedical research.
This year’s festival will include a keynote panel on artificial intelligence and BSSR; a fireside chat with NIH Director Monica M. Bertagnolli and OBSSR Director Jane M. Simoni; a dedicated hour of networking at the start of each conference day; exhibits from offices across the Division of Program Coordination, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives (DPCPSI); and opportunities to learn more about DPCPSI activities and co-funding priorities
If you are unable to join in person, you can attend the festival virtually via NIH VideoCast. Please note that the VideoCast broadcast begins at 1:00pm ET. The first hour of the festival (12:00-1:00pm ET) is reserved for in-person networking.
