The Marketing Customer Relations Subcommittee MCRS listserve function is to aid in the communications between the MCRS members. The MCRS is responsible for the outreach to the research community as well as manages and maintains CHTN customer relations. Through the MCRS listserve, the subcommittee will be able to communicate efficiently and effectively throughout it s efforts to increase the visibility of the CHTN in the research community and ensure customer satisfaction.
