The ASPE Highlighter is a quarterly newsletter featuring articles from each of ASPE's research divisions, presenting abstracts of current research studies performed under the auspices of ASPE. ASPE is the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation. ASPE works directly with the Secretary of HHS, providing policy advice on a range of issues from human services and aging to health and science policy. Essentially, ASPE functions as an internal think tank for the entire Department, offering policy-related research and analyses that impact the health and well-being of almost every American. ASPE has four research divisions: Disability, Aging and Long-Term Care Policy; Health Policy; Human Services Policy; and Science and Data Policy. |
