The goal of the NIH Employee Abilities/Disabilities ERG is to create a community of practice for all NIH employees with ability differences/disabilities and interested others who want to: 1) create a welcoming, supportive, and respectful workplace community for persons of all ability/disability types, 2) share strategies, resources, and information to facilitate workplace success and diminish barriers, and 3) provide a mechanism to enable networking and shared activities in support of group goals.
